Title: Yellow Grosbeak or Yellow variant of House Finch?

Took this photo down in the Napa Valley in the vineyards. I believe by the shape of the head and beak and the way the beak lines with the forehead it is a Yellow Grosbeak, but as the second photo shows there were House finches there that were displaying the yellow variant tendencies. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

House Finch I think. Yellow Grosbeak would be very rare.

House Finch Yellow variant? They do vary based on diet
