I would say 'Least' - two weeks ago I saw a pair at the waters edge at Downsview, at that time they looked a bit more colorful than what these ones showing. I guess the breeding plumage is slowly fading away.

I saw them too yesterday.  They're so tiny.  I ended up doing more butterflying than birding.
