Looking to confirm this is a juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk.

I think it looks more like a immature Coopers Hawk

Head looks kinda small, maybe Sharpie rather than Cooper's.

I`d agree with Sharp-shinned.  The breast spots are too round for a Cooper`s.
