Title: ID help - Phalarope?

[attachment=0:1hmeojmk]Phalarope-.gif[/attachment:1hmeojmk]I am hoping someone can help me ID this bird, even though the photo is poor. If it is indeed a phalarope, I will be able to add it to my Life List! Photo was taken at Sauble Beach on Lake Huron. I saw this bird several times, hanging out with ring-billed gulls.
