Not sure what this is, kinda thinking Blackpoll but I have not found a pic of a Blackpoll Warbler that looks exactly like this.

The streaks on the back should eliminate Pine Warbler and the feet look kind of yellowish in the last picture, pointing to Blackpoll Warbler. The moustachial stripes are probably remnants of the male spring plumage.
