Are all these three the same? They are taken under different lighting conditions. Thanks in advance.

1. Looks good for Gray-cheeked.
2. Might also be a Gray-cheeked.

#1 prob gray-cheeked...plainish facial patern
#2 prob swainson's..too facial patern
#3 hermit...complete eye-ring, rufous tail and wings
