Title: Morning Visitor

We had a welcome visit on our deck Wednesday morning by an American Woodcock. It's only the second time We've seen one and certainly never this close.
What an amazing bird. I shot a little video of it walking of the deck, all the while bouncing up and down before hopping off. It flew away after about 20 minutes.

Thanks. It certainly was a surprise. Our three cats thought they were watching the nature channel in HD.
