I think it is - please confirm. I went to Rotary Park in Ajax this morning in search of that famous juvenile bald eagle. Eagle was a no show, however, found a threesome on the beach. Two were snow buntings and the third one appeared to be a Lapland Longspur - a lifer for me if that is confirmed. Here are couple shots - couldn't get too close to them and most of the time they were moving away from me.
