Title: Barrow's goldeneye ?

Saw this bird with a male Greater scaup at Frenchman's bay, in Pickering. At first, I thought it was a Common goldeneye, but now i am having second thoughts. I now believe this is a juvenile Barrow's Goldeneye.
   
   Your thoughts would be appreciated.

This is a young male common goldeneye.
