Title: Northern Shrike?

Went out to Leslie Spit yesterday, as I was leaving and the sun was almost setting, this caught my eye, and I could only make a few shots as it was flying around fast. Looks like a Northern Shrike, but I wasn't sure. Help would be appreciated, thank you in advance!
