Title: Oakbank Pond, Thornhill - Trupmeter Swans, Great Egret
Post by: nickitka on April 06, 2016, 10:41:41 AM
This morning, at 9 am, I was passing by and saw a Great Egret and possibly a Trumpeter Swan (I'm not 100% sure, but its beak was black from a distance)
A Merlin was seeing in same area a few days ago.

Upd.: Correcting my information. I stopped at the pond this morning. A couple of trumpeters is there. Will post pictures after work.

Looks like they are not planning to leave this pond. Happy-happy-happy!
