I decided to move over from the Wet Woods and try out Ashbridges Bay this morning from 8:15-10:30.  It was rainy and cold, but the park held the beauty I remembered.  Despite the rain, I had 43 species.

Highlights:

Scarlet Tanager - male (near parking lot)
Yellow-Throated Vireo (south side on the way to the tip)
Blue Headed Vireo
Warbling Vireo - the most numerous bird of the day
Cape May

Chestnut-Sided
Common Yellowthroat
Palm
Yellow Rump

Swainson's Thrush
Veery
Kingbird
Catbird
