Title: Is this a Phoebe or a Pewee?

I've tried identifying this bird we spotted on Manitoulin Island this week, but I can't tell whether it's an Eastern Phoebe or an Eastern Pewee. Can you help? (Sorry about the poor photo!)

Since it seems blacker - I would be inclined to say Phoebe.

Lower Mandible looks black, so I would concur with Phoebe
