We've seen this guy flying over the Leslie Street Spit a couple of times. Can you please identify him for us?

juvenile cooper's/sharpie, tail looks squarish (point for sharpie) but head looks quite bulky (point for cooper's) and breast streaks more spaced (point for cooper's)
