It's a juvenile. Looks like an Eastern Phoebe to me.

Thanks may be a juvenile but on a nest tending to 5 babies currently

Really? That's not juvenile behaviour! I judged it a juvenile, mainly because of the yellow at the base of the bill. I don't recall ever seeing that in an adult. Other opinions?
