I think I was better at this when I called all sparrows LBJs.
Is this a young Swamp? Or something else?
It was mostly hidden foraging under the cow parsnips and sumac near the creek in the Rattray Marsh on Sept 16. LOTS of other birds in the area including song sparrows, goldfinches, catbirds, and a Common Yellowthroat.

Yes, looks like Swamp Sparrow.
