Title: No idea what this bird is!

I spottrd this bird near Markhill.  A couple of us have no idea what predator bird it is.  I have an idea of what it could be but it's not known to be in the area.

I think it's a dark phase Rough-legged Hawk.

Yes, a Rough-legged. The only large hawk that regularly perches on tiny branches at the top of trees like this.
