Title: Fox Sparrow?

Seen at Riverwood in Mississauga today. Is this a Fox Sparrow? Would be a first for me.
I apologize for the twig through the middle.

Thanks Thomas. Good day there yesterday. Also had a male Wood Duck on the river.
