Title: winter mockingbird
Post by: GBLangley on February 14, 2017, 12:28:04 PM
Hi everyone. Just got off the street car at Coxwell to walk down to Ashridges Bay to search for the Thayer's gull  and found an unseasonal mockingbird on a hedge at the north west corner of Coxwell and eastern.

Hope that is useful news for year listers. Graham Langley

Although somewhat uncommon in our area, mockingbirds don't migrate and can be found year-round.
