Title: Hermit Thrush, Milton
Post by: Napper on May 01, 2017, 05:12:16 PM
I was just outside on the deck when I saw movement on the freshly seeded large bare patch of rain soaked mud in our back yard.. At first I thought sparrow. Nope,  It was a Hermit Thrush.

On the way home  I was checking out all of the local creeks and fields  flooded and overflowing with the very recent heavy rains. Being elevated on the Go Bus I was afforded a great view of the drainage pond at
Derry road an James Snow parkway. Why is there a Common Loon floating  here? New one for me
