i had only an hour to bird and was at the park from 10:30-11:30. excellent birding.
heard there were 2 cuckoos. didn't see them.

seen:
american redstart
chestnut
cape may (female)
magnolia x 3?
common yellowthroat
bay breasted
northern parula
yellow
yellow rumped
a wren (quickly spotted. type unknown)
black throated green

warblers were pretty low.

Yesterday i did see a chestnut-sided. black-throated Blue and black-billed cuckoo but otherwise nothing beyond your list.

Today i saw the following

Lots of Flycatchers
Yellow
Yellow-rumped
Redstart
Bay-breasted
Magnolia
Northern Parula
Black-throated Blue
Yellow-billed Cuckoo
Tanager

Other birders saw a Wilson's and someone heard a blackpoll in the wooded area.  Most warblers varieties had only one sighting and at least half were females.
