Title: Laughing Gull

Zee and I re-found this gull at Ashbridges Bay late this morning after seeing an earlier rare bird alert. ID'ed by Howard S and confirmed by a man named Tom who also gave us some ID tips regarding the bird.
 
Laughing Gull, a rare visitor to Toronto.
