Title: Female Orchard Oriole?

Before I put this to eBird, is this a female Orchard Oriole? It was seen in a meadow where a pair are known to be living but there are also lots of Baltimore Orioles at Riverwood Conservancy in Mississauga. My impression when first seeing it was that it might be a goldfinch, so the size seems ok for Orchard.

I think it's a juvenile Baltimore Oriole. The bill looks to thick for an Orchard.
