Hello,
I found this bird while watching a small flock of Bank Swallows on a walking trail. The trail was by Lake Ontario in Scarborough. From what I can see, it has the band across the chest as in a Bank Swallow but the facial pattern and wing shape of a Northern Rough-winged Swallow. I am curious about what others think it is. All comments are appreciated.

The colours look good for a Northern Rough Winged swallow. Here is a couple of pictures photographed.

Thanks for the response. The dark banding confused me.

It still retains many of the characteristics of a Bank Swallow. Could it be a hybrid?
