It was reported seen in Cell 2 two days ago and as of this morning it is still around. I managed to get there after work on Friday, July 21st and saw it picking up tiny fish from the flooded man made pond. Unlike the Great Blue Heron it is certainly more active during feeding - it moves fast back and forth and also smaller in size. A Great Blue Heron was nearby providing a nice comparison between the two.
