Yes to Lesser Yellowlegs, not sure about age.

It's an adult molting into its winter plumage. Note the heavily worn flight feathers (juveniles have extremely fresh feathers at this time of year) and the patchwork of dark breeding plumage and grey winter plumage on the back.
