i spotted this indiviual in Mara Provincial Park, Orillia on September 1st 2017. i recorded it as a Golden-winged Warbler on ebird, however, after reviewing this article:
https://www.aba.org/birding/v37n3p278.pdf (https://www.aba.org/birding/v37n3p278.pdf)
i am wondering if it is a hybrid. To me, it looks like the pic on page 4 (indicated as 281 on the page as it appears to have come from a magazine).
thoughts?

Yes, definitely a hybrid. And a really pretty one at that! Often the hybrids are a little messier looking.

thanks so much reuven.....
so would i post as " Golden-winged/Blue-winged Warbler Vermivora chrysoptera/cyanoptera " on ebird??

Yes, or you can usee the more specific option for "brewster's warbler" which is the label for birds with this plumage
