Ashbridges park shot of possible Pine warbler,
or is this a juvenile Blackpoll, or neither.

I think it's a Bay-breasted Warbler. Lack of flank streaking eliminates Blackpoll. Rear wing bar thicker than front wing bar points to Bay-breasted and not Pine.
