Title: Unknown duck

This is definitely NOT a female Scaup (Greater or Lesser).
I'm thinking female Tufted duck perhaps.
Would appreciate a more experienced opinion?

Greater Scaup, I'm thinking a male moulting out of its eclipse (summer) plumage.

Yes, the flank is a bit too light and the rather sharp line of demarcation between flank and back.
