A pair of starlings you have their.
-
One of them is Conservative and the other a Liberal and they see the future differently.
Clearly, ... what we have here, .... is a failure ... to communicate.
Starlings sometimes look a bit like Flicker, both in body shape and colouration, although they
are certainly smaller birds. Size is hard to assess without a solid point-of-reference. Did you
take your photo with deliberate over-exposure (compensation to the left)? When shooting against
the sky, or onto water, the subject is captured in greater detail if a little extra exposure is factored
in. The sky will be white-out anyway. I often shoot from 2/3 stop to 1+1/3 stop to the right of center
to get a shot like yours. I'm just saying.
Keep your lens dry and your shutter flappin.

As well someone on Flickr told me they are young starlings molting into adult plumage.
I set exposure compensation +1.67 as the birds were backlit against the sky.
