King Eider for C?
White-breasted Nuthatch for E?
Common Goldeneye for F?
-
C is not a King Eider.
Your other two evaluations are correct.
White-breasted Nuthatch (E) and Common Goldeneye (F)
See whole photo in photo section.

A has a Pine Siskin feel to it
-
is C a Long-tailed Duck
-
B looks very woodpecker ish, possibly a YB Sapsucker?
-
Your quite right in that A has a Pine Siskin feel to it with respect to that streaked breast
but in this case it is NOT a Pine Siskin. It's considered part of the warbler family. The breast
streaking is fine. I've added an eye shot if it will help.

B is in the woodpecker family but it is not a YB Sapsucker. Look carefully at the base
of the beak. What hint of colour do you see?
C is certainly a duck ... a female duck but not a Long Tailed duck.
Thank you for your guesses.

Red-bellied Woodpecker for B?
White-winged Scoter for C?
-
A comes down to a Waterthrush, probably Northern since it's more common.
-
Correct on all three counts
A - Northern Waterthrush
B - Red-bellied Woodpecker
C - White-winged Scoter
I'll post full images in the photo section.

Which leaves us with D, Gray Catbird?
-
Yes indeed, it is a Gray Catbird, as if there was any other kind of Catbird.
Even a dirty Catbird might still present as being gray.
Photo of bird in the photo section of this BB.
Thanks for playing.

Yes indeed, it is a Gray Catbird, as if there was any other kind of Catbird.
There is a Black Catbird found in Mexico.
