Title: Is this an eagle??

I'm thinking juvenile bald eagle, but the underwing looks more like an osprey!

Looks like a juvenile Bald Eagle to me.
Where did you see it?

Thank you for confirming the ID!  I've spent the past week searching for a snowy owl, and I have seen so many beautiful sights on my journey!
