Title: Birds of Hutch's On The Beach

Hello All!

Wondering if I could get some help with a couple of ID's?

This one was hanging with a small group of Grebes:

I have a very hard time with the Gull Id's.... I'm guessing this is a Herring Gull?:

Gull?  I don't do gulls just too many various
Horned grebes

Thanks!  And I have the same problem with the Gulls although they are fun to photograph :)
