Looking for confirmation.. seen in Wet Woods - TTP

Looks more like a male to me,maybe a young male

Found another photo showing dark lores.. so most likely a male.

not sure this is either a first year male or adult female (1st year female would be greener on the head) Any shots of the side? if it has green on the wings it's a 1st year male and without a mature female i believe)
