Title: Could it be a purple finch?

Normally I only see house finch around my bird feeder.

This bird seems bigger than a house finch female. I wonder if it could be a purple finch female. The tail looks like a fork to me.

Looks like a House Finch to me.
A Purple Finch has a light-coloured eye brow that a House Finch lacks.
Your Finch lacks it.
