Title: Rough-legged Hawk November 13 Downsview area

At 11:40 am today, I was driving west on Wilson Avenue, just before Dufferin. Two birds flew across the road from southside to northside, which is the fields of the Downsview airport. One was a Red-tailed Hawk, the second was a Rough-legged Hawk. It was flapping and hovering over the field, as it hunted.
