Awesome. These buggers are too often far out on the lake for nice shots like yours. Congrats.

Congrats; you certainly got some beautiful shots. I went there on Sunday afternoon as the sun broke free. And as soon as I arrived at the location after fighting the traffic on DVP, the sun was clouded over and duck was too far away to capture its spectacular feather details. Eventually I went inside Tommy Thompson Park and saw, to my delight, a Northern Pintail in Cell D and a family of four Beavers in Cell 2. I just loved the walk.
