Title: Turkey's, Turkey Vultures and lots of Snow Buntings
Post by: Napper on March 06, 2019, 05:12:01 PM
This afternoon while driving to Port Colborne from Hagersville

Spotted numerous groups Snow Buntings in the farm fields.

At Wellandport Spotted a Turkey Vulture soaring above the road.

Along Highway 58 approaching Port Colborne Spotted 6 or 7 Turkeys in the field adjacent road, two were at the road edge at a puddle, drinking water?  I dunno.

Well the TV is certainly encouraging as we dip to double digit minus temps again....but it was probably attracted to the heat from the Hagersville fire...can't believe it's still burning.....

Hey Axeman!

It was very cold  this morning in Port Colborne -12 C  at 7:00 am.

I spotted a group of Robins (5) that rested for 5 minutes before  they headed North.

Back home for now, gotta head back to Port Colborne  again Sunday.
