What a great opportunity to see the Cuckoo out in the open.  They are usually very skittish and will hide behind branches and leaves so as to not be seen.  Nice photo of the Philadelphia vireo as well.

I think the Phoebe is actually an Eastern Wood Pewee.

Great shots of the Cuckoo and Parula! I think the vireo is a Warbling Vireo.

Yes, you're right, Philadelphia Vireo, the angle of the computer screen made it look paler with less contrasting face.
