A bit more. I was a bit far when he caught a big cat fish, with whiskers and everything!!

Congrats - now you are hooked just as I am for four years now. I go miles and spend hours to catch them in action - such a wonderful experience. I once visited this place many years ago. Isn't there an entry fee to the park? Or may be I am confused between conservation area vs. the park.

No, there is no entrance fee or parking fee for this place, but there is a booth at the entrance. I have never seen one in Downsview though.
