A new species seen near Kingston.  My best guess is Yellowlegs.  I think I can see a bit of an upturned bill in pic 2 (a bit blurry, I was in a kayak in waves).  It was significantly larger than the killdeers on the same beach.

Yes, Yellowlegs. Long, upturned bill and large size, so Greater.
