Title: 2 Northeastern Coyotes in Mississauga
Post by: KP on July 22, 2019, 08:52:55 PM
I saw 2 Northeastern Coyotes sometime after 11:00am on my way to work while driving beside that hydro corridor that runs along Queensway Avenue.  The 2 Northeastern Coyotes were off of the Queensway Trail.

It always amazes me....all of my coyote sightings (save the first one -- it was along Trans Canada in North Superior Prov. Park) have been in urban settings...always a thrill though...you must have enjoyed that sighting....Queensway and what?

They were yipping last night for me...twice...once at 1:45 a.m. and then at 4:00 a.m....love hearing them...but never see them out here despite the high density of coyotes up here.

Hi Axeman.  The 2 Northeastern Coyotes were seen a little bit before Queensway Avenue and Dixie Road.
