With the help I have received before I am getting a bit more confident with IDs, but every outing I do have couple of uncertainties.
The first: Eastern Phoebe?
I think the other may be an immature Field Sparrow, but none of the images I have seen quite match up.
Thanks for the help.

Note sure about the 2nd one but the 1st looks to be a Great Crested Flycatcher.

It doesn't show on the one photo, but I did have a couple of photos with branches blocking most of the bird. It seems that the breast continues the same colour as the throat--no sign of yellow which I'd thought was part of the GC flycatcher ID.

. The first image looks to be a juvenile Great Crested, hopefully you get some others that will comment. It is sometimes easy to miss ID a younger bird this time of the year.

Could the second bird be a juv Chipping Sparrow?

I think you may have it. Chipping sparrows are not uncommon in the fields around. The pic was taken near sunset hence the yellow-orange colour. Thanks.
