I normally just assume Dowitchers more based on Geography, these taken not for photo quality but for ID were taken south of Tampa Florida, of a group of 10

I'm not familiar with dowitchers in winter plumage, but my best guess from what I could research is that the top front, middle and bottom left are Short-billed (drooped bill, spotted lighter chest colour). The bottom right might be a Long-billed (darker chest, acute loral angle).
