Title: Sun. May 4: Rattray Marsh
Post by: moratorian on May 04, 2008, 10:21:02 AM
Observed the following birds at Rattray Marsh: Green Heron, Pileated Woodpecker (male), several Blue Jays, Gray Catbird, several Turkey Vultures high overhead, and lots of Tree Swallows. Oddly berift of GBHs and Great Egrets. Possibly the water is still too high in the marsh area where they usually hang out.
