Puleeze ... can I borrow the car keys.
Intimate capture of an all too familiar moment in the life of being a parent.
Do you have a special relationship with these canines?
They all seem so relaxed. True Meghanites!
Thanks for posting.

I have off and on luck with Coyotes, sometimes I see them regularly then it will be months before I spot one again. It's easier now, the leaves are gone and they are not as hard to spot. I have a 600mm lens so I'm never very close. Some years I find one that is fairly consistent in a certain area. If that happens I'll gladly take you with me. But I'll drive  :D

Another amazing candid pic....you really should be on Animal Planet.

Where were these two?

Every coyote sighting I've ever had has been fleeting....well except one...a few years back a pair sat in the moonlight under my apple orchard and howled to some coyotes in the bush....it was in march so....they could have very well been singing "That's Amore"....but it was dark so they were just shadows really.

That's a great capture!

I have yet to see two coyotes together.

google urban coyotes howling youtube....there is eerie footage of a pack howling on a city street in the dark....very cool

but I certainly sympathize with you....I try so hard to see stuff and all I ever get are fleeting glimpses of an animal fleeing v. doing something  cool in their day to day life....well twice I've watched fox kits playing...
