First time photographing this species of Owl

First time photographing it, well you nailed it with a full unobstructed shot. Well done.

Not only did you get to see a species for the first time but managed an
wonderful image of it in near-perfect perch isolation mode, presented with
soft and evenly diffused light to deliver every nuance, framed into the golden
zone and looking into the allocated space, all hallmarks of the signature Meghan touch.
It is worth the wait and a great way to start my day. I've never seen the species
myself. What time of day was it?
