Shortly after it landed to capture its wild prey. Shot from a good distance as its best to give them some room when doing their natural hunting. Late day with just  enough light left to photograph. Uprooted tree as a backdrop worked nicely. Taken in region of Lennox & Addington County.

Nice shot with the upturned tree as background. Looks lie a stage setting.
I know, the theatrical version of Eat,Prey, Loving it.
The prey should get at least some billing, don't you think?
Without the minor cast, even when disposable, the show would not go on.

C0-starring: Mouse (aka lunch).
