Title: White crowned and chips

About 5 Chipping sparrows and 2 white crowned sparrows were at my feeder today.

Great picture of the size comparison.  We had one of each in the backyard yesterday too.

Lovely yard birds. Yesterday an Ovenbird showed up in my yard, by the time I got my camera it was gone. The day before an adult male Rose-breasted Grosbeak showed up together with a pair of chipping sparrows and a lone white-throated sparrow.

Nice! I love the colorful grosbeaks. And they are not as skittish.
