Title: ID Feathers?

On a recent walk in the bush, I found a bunch of feathers...about a dozen...randomly strewn about...they're about 18 inches long and have alternating charcoal grey and white horizontal stripes...the grey stripes are about twice as broad as the white stripes....ideas?

nvm....right after posting I had an idea and googled...turkey feathers.
